By completing Fitler Club’s (the “Club”) application for membership, you are authorizing Fitler Club’s Membership Council to verify the information in your application. The verification process may include, but is not limited to, interviewing you, contacting your references, performing a background check and obtaining a credit verification report. The council may also request additional information from you as part of its consideration of your application. The council will send you a written notice of whether your membership has been approved. The council may approve or reject your membership in its sole discretion, subject to the requirements of law. Continued membership in the Club is predicated on you and your guests complying with Club rules and paying Club dues and fees.
The Club does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, the admission of members, hiring and firing of staff, selection of vendors and provision of services.
