All sections must be completed in order for this application to be submitted to the Membership Council, including a letter of recommendation from a current member and payment of the $150 application fee (applied to your one-time non-refundable initiation fee if you are accepted). Any application missing requested information will be deemed incomplete and will not be considered. All information is strictly confidential.
The letter of recommendation should provide a broad representation of the prospective member’s background, and the ways in which she/he may be an asset to the club. If you do not have a relationship with one of our members, we will arrange for you to have a meeting with one of our member ambassadors.
Membership applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the Membership Council after-which we will be in touch. Once you have submitted your application and application fee, know it is in review for consideration.
By completing Fitler Club’s (the “Club”) application for membership, you are authorizing Fitler Club’s Membership Council to verify the information in your application. The verification process may include, but is not limited to, interviewing you, contacting your references, performing a background check and obtaining a credit verification report. The council may also request additional information from you as part of its consideration of your application. The council will send you a written notice of whether your membership has been approved. The council may approve or reject your membership in its sole discretion, subject to the requirements of law. Continued membership in the Club is predicated on you and your guests complying with Club rules and paying Club dues and fees. The $150 application fee will be applied to your one-time non-refundable initiation fee if you are accepted. The application fee is non-refundable.
