FITLER CLUB HOTEL FAQs
How many rooms does Fitler Club have?
We offer 14 hotel rooms, including six standard bedrooms, three loft suites, and two anchor suites. Each room has a unique layout, 12-foot ceilings, and large windows that bring in ample natural light. In addition, each room is equipped with an oversized rain shower and a custom marble vanity. The loft and anchor suites feature a large soaking tub for added relaxation. We provide complimentary snacks, soft drinks, and a carefully curated selection in the minibar for our guests to enjoy.
During their stay, guests will become “members” and have access to all our amenities, including complimentary fitness classes, member events, bowling lanes, dining and golf simulator. Our lock rooms feature a steam room and sauna in both men’s and women’s locker rooms and a cold plunge and hot tub on our pool deck. Lap swim, golf simulator and bowling lane reservations are by request and subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your reservation, you must give 48 hours’ notice before check-in at 3 pm. If you cancel under 48 hours, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night plus tax will apply.
Do you allow early arrival or late checkout?
With only 14 rooms, we can not guarantee early arrivals or late departures. We will happily accommodate an early check-in if your room is available upon arrival. Should your room not be available, we will store your luggage while you enjoy the club’s amenities until your room is ready. Late departures are subject to availability by request at check-in and may not be available.
Is there a fee for late checkout?
Yes, the fee is $50+tax to extend checkout to 1 pm, pending availability. If, for any reason, you do not check out of your room by 3 pm, you will be charged an additional room night plus tax.
What is your no-show policy?
A fee equivalent to one night plus tax will be charged to the card on file for booking.
Is there a fee for early departure?
Yes, we will charge you an Early Departure Fee equivalent to the full cost of the booked initial stay if you adjust your departure date during your stay or less than 48 hours before check-in.
Do you allow pets?
Service animals are welcome. Service dogs must be under the handler’s control at all times (leashed, harnessed, or tethered) and housebroken.
Can I bring guests?
You may bring up to two guests to visit you during your stay. You will need to alert the front desk and meet your guests at the level 0 desk for them to visit.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer valet parking for all of our hotel guests. The fee for overnight parking is $60+ per night, and it will be settled with the valet attendant after check-out.
Do you have smoking rooms?
We are a smoke-free establishment; the use of cigarettes, cigars, e-pens, vapes, and marijuana is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $250 or more will be charged to guests who violate this policy in their room.
Do you accept cash?
No, we are a cashless facility. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover cards.
