Introducing the Fitler MBA A Practical Program in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and AI
Fitler Club is proud to announce the launch of the Fitler MBA — a cohort-based program in entrepreneurship, strategy, and AI developed exclusively for Fitler Club members.
The Founding Cohort is now active, led by Scott Sill, Program Director and a 25-year veteran of the Entrepreneurship program at Wharton’s Executive MBA. Scott has spent over two decades guiding executives through the transition from corporate careers into building and leading their own ventures. He brings a calm, practical, and direct approach to business education — and the curriculum draws on the frameworks he developed and refined over his career at Wharton.
Who It Is For
The Fitler MBA is built for anyone at a professional inflection point — whether that means moving up, moving on, or building something new. The Founding Cohort includes founders actively building companies, C-suite executives, small business owners, and directors across a wide range of industries including finance, real estate, technology, healthcare, and marketing. You do not need to be actively building a company. Many participants are applying these frameworks inside their current roles or using them to shape what comes next.
What Makes It Different
This is not a traditional academic experience. There is no homework, no formal prerequisites, and no two-year commitment. Each session is 90 minutes, held every other Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Fitler Club, followed by an open invitation to the bar and lounge for continued conversation.
A defining element of the program is the integration of AI across all 20 sessions — not as a novelty, but as the way modern professionals actually work. Participants learn to use AI tools to accelerate research, validate ideas, build financial models, and sharpen strategic thinking. This is one of the clearest differentiators between the Fitler MBA and traditional business education. Most MBA programs have not meaningfully integrated AI into their curriculum. This one is built around it.
Lecture portions are recorded and shared after each session. Group discussion among the cohort is not recorded, keeping those conversations candid. A laptop is required for all sessions.
Program Structure
The Founding Cohort is limited to 40 participants and began May 12, 2026. The program runs approximately 10 months across 20 bi-weekly sessions.
Participants have access to a dedicated Discord community, priority invitations to founder and operator programming at the Club, and the ability to meet regularly with Scott through his 1:1 mentorship offering — available in person on Tuesdays and virtually on Fridays, booked separately through the Club.
Curriculum
The program follows a structured progression across 20 sessions, moving from foundational mindset and business mechanics through advanced strategy, capital, and AI application.
Session 01 — The Entrepreneurial Mindset How entrepreneurial thinking differs from corporate frameworks. Learn to make decisions under uncertainty and develop the instincts that separate builders from managers.
Session 02 — Problem–Solution Fit Identifying and validating real customer pain points. Use AI to pressure-test assumptions and confirm the problem is real before committing time or capital.
Session 03 — Business Model Design Building and testing how value is created and captured. Stress-test the logic of how your business actually makes money and spot the gaps before the market does.
Session 04 — Financial Foundations Understanding P&L, cash flow, burn rate, and unit economics. Demystify the numbers every operator needs — and learn how AI can build models that actually tell you something useful.
Session 05 — Investment & Decision Frameworks Applying concepts like NPV, IRR, and capital allocation. Evaluate opportunities the way smart investors do, with AI as a thinking partner when data is messy and stakes are high.
Session 06 — Customer Discovery Conducting effective interviews and validation processes. Learn to surface honest insight from customers and use AI to synthesize patterns that actually drive decisions.
Session 07 — Product Development & MVP Strategy Building and testing minimum viable solutions. Learn minimum viable thinking — scoping, testing, and iterating without wasting resources on the wrong thing.
Session 08 — Pricing Strategy Understanding value-based pricing and revenue optimization. Stop guessing at price. Use data and AI to optimize revenue without undermining trust.
Session 09 — Go-to-Market Strategy Customer acquisition, sales funnels, and growth. Build a growth engine with practical frameworks for every stage from launch to scale.
Session 10 — Competitive Strategy Positioning and navigating competitive dynamics. Define a defensible position and anticipate how competitors will respond — including how AI is reshaping competition across every industry.
Session 11 — Building Teams Hiring, leadership, and organizational structure. Hire for the stage you are in, build culture intentionally, and lead through uncertainty with frameworks that scale.
Session 12 — Capital & Investors Understanding venture capital, angel investing, and funding dynamics. Learn what investors actually look for and what a productive investor relationship looks like from both sides of the table.
Session 13 — Fundraising Execution Pitching, term sheets, and capital strategy. Fundraising is a skill, not a talent. Build a pipeline, run a process, and close — while staying in control throughout.
Session 14 — Legal Foundations Core legal considerations and risk management. Entity structure, contracts, employment, IP, and where the real risk lives — without needing to be a lawyer.
Session 15 — Storytelling & Communication Crafting narratives for investors, customers, and teams. The most leveraged skill in business. Use AI to develop and sharpen a message that actually moves people.
Session 16 — Cap Tables & Ownership Understanding dilution, equity, and ownership structures. Learn how cap tables work, how dilution compounds across rounds, and how to protect your ownership from day one.
Session 17 — Sales Strategy Building a repeatable sales process. Revenue solves most problems. Build a scalable sales process from the ground up and use AI to make every step of the funnel more efficient.
Session 18 — Scaling Operations Transitioning from startup to structured organization. The moves that get you to $1M are not the moves that get you to $10M. Build the systems and infrastructure that grow with you.
Session 19 — AI Across the Business Applying AI across finance, marketing, product, and operations. What AI actually changes — and what it does not. Walk away with a clear framework for where to start in your own work.
Session 20 — Intellectual Property & Strategic Positioning Protecting and strengthening competitive advantage. Identify and protect what makes your business hard to copy — from patents and trademarks to brand, data, and network effects.
The program concludes with a capstone session in which participants present and synthesize the work developed throughout the curriculum.
