Group Fitness

Find your flow. Wake up with a sunrise boxing class. Unwind after a long day with slow-flow yoga. From Pilates to cycling to boxing and more, group fitness classes will have you looking and feeling your best.

Barre

Simplified choreography (great for non-dancers) meets more intense strength training variations and yoga movements. Exercises are performed with and without the barre to increase cardiovascular endurance and tone every muscle group from head to toe. All levels are welcome. All movements are low-impact.

Boxing

Sweat-inducing workouts combine elements of boxing and bodyweight training. Jabs, hooks, and crosses will help you build the stamina of a true fighter.

Pilates

Experience slow and controlled resistance training and breathwork allowing your body to gain full control over various ranges of motion. Use of Allegro 2 Reformers. 

Spin

Ride to the beat and power through intervals together in this all-level cycling class. 

Yoga

Become centered and rooted – physically and mentally. Alternating between dynamic movement and stillness, we will explore postures deeply and with skill, while incorporating breath work and cultivating keen body awareness.
